William Carrick, Founder, Coach, Detox Nurse
William (Bill) Carrick is the founder and President of Executive Home Detox. He is recognized nationally and internationally as a recovery coach, life coach and a detox nurse in the behavioral health and substance use field. Bill is a Masters-Prepared Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) with over 40 years experience in behavioral health and addictions.

Certification
Mr. Carrick is a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN).He received Certification in 2008 and has maintained his certification each year since 2008. He has worked in Addictions and Mental Health for over 40 years. He is the current president of ASAN, the American Society of Addiction Nursing. He has served on the Board of Directors for the International Nurses Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the Foundation of Addiction Nursing (FAN).
Personal Recovery
Mr. Carrick has been in personal recovery from alcohol use for over 35 years. He values his sobriety and attributes it to positive human connections in his life. Executive Home Detox values self-help programs but does not mandate the use of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or Smart Recovery.
Collaborative Relationships
The field of addictions is in the midst of an exciting period, both in talk therapies and medication therapies. Mr. Carrick has mutual working relationships with experts in the field of addictions throughout the United States. He has experts available in Psycho-pharmacology, medical management of detoxification, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
American Society of Addiction Medicine, American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry
Mr. Carrick is an associate member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Prior to the Pandemic he has attended the AAAP conference and ASAM conference yearly.
These affiliations help with networking and referrals for clients who want to sustain their recovery.
As a detox nurse, he has traveled extensively throughout the United States and has developed expert contacts with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals.

EHD has access to ten Registered Nurses who love to provide this care. These detox RN’s are mature, experienced, and discreet. Every detox nurse associate is screened personally by the President of EHD to assure expertise and an appreciation of customer service.
